Our Services

Coaching is commonly defined as a collaborative process between coach and client to help improve a person's performance and well-being. It is a collaborative process that helps a person change in the ways they wish to do so. Coaching builds awareness, empowers choice, and leads to change. Coaching will help you better understand how your mind works, and identify blind spots so you can build the life you want. 

Your Coach will:

 

  • Identify and challenge problematic beliefs and thought patterns

  • Ask open-ended, thought-provoking questions

  • Demonstrate authenticity, compassion, and support you in your autonomy

  • Explore and support the processing of underlying emotions and thought

  • Navigate and clarify areas of ambiguity

  • Provide metacognitive insights and reflections

  • Empower you to make your own decisions

Coaching is not meant to diagnose mental illness, prescribe medication, or be used for urgent health crises. Coaching is not therapy nor a substitute for therapy, and coaches are not licensed medical professionals. Coaching is a client led service where the coach will empower YOU to make YOUR own choices rather than to fix or solve
